Mr. Choi was born in 1958, attended UC Berkeley from 1976-1978 and received a BA in Psychology from UCLA in 1980. He received his law degree from Hastings College of the Law in 1983. Mr. Choi became licensed to practice law in December of 1983.

Mr. Choi has practiced personal injury law for over 26 years. Before opening his law firm in 1985, Mr. Choi clerked for the San Mateo Superior Court and the Alameda County Superior Court.

Mr. Choi has provided legal commentary for local TV, lectured to the public on legal topics and has lectured to other attorneys at seminars sponsored by the California Association of Consumer Attorneys, which is California’s most prestigious association of personal injury attorneys.
