Ancheta v. Lyttle:  $360,000

Mr. Ancheta was broadsided by a car coming out of a parking lot. Mr. Ancheta fractured his neck and made a nice recovery.

This was a difficult case because the other driver's insurance limits were $250,000.

Because of our specialized knowledge in insurance law we were able to position the case so that the policy limits were "opened." The case settled for $360,000.
