Mr. Guidi was riding a motorcycle in San Francisco when suddenly a car came out of a driveway and struck him.

Mr. Guidi tore his anterior cruciate ligament which required a complete reconstruction. Mr. Guidi made a good recovery, but has permanently lost 5-10% mobility and strength in his right knee.
