Cannon v. Doe Restaurant: $120,000

Mr. Cannon worked for Waste Management and was retrieving a trash container outside of a Restaurant when he tripped over a pothole.



We filed suit against the restaurant alleging negligent maintenance. Mr. Cannon tore a ligament in his knee which required surgery.

We obtained a settlement of $120,000 for Mr. Cannon.
