This
was a classic red light-green light case where both parties
claimed to have the green.
Lawyers refer to this type as a swearing contest because
it's A's word against B's word.

We
were at a disadvantage however because the defendant was a doctor
and would have more credibility with a jury.
But through the use of an accident reconstructionist we were able
to build a solid case that forced the defendant to settle prior
to trial.
One of our major strengths as a law firm is that we know the right
experts and how to use them to gain maximum advantage for our clients.
