This
was one of our most difficult case. Calvin was a passenger
in a car when he was sideswiped by a big-rig. The driver of the
car Calvin was in was unlicensed and uninsured. An eyewitness
put the blame on the driver of the car Calvin was in.

Calvin
suffered a head injury and was in a coma for 2 days. He
also fractured his jaw.
Over
40 depositions were taken in this case. There were over
15 court hearings. On the first day of trial the case settled
for $100,000 in cash from the big rig company.
