John Doe v. Doe company

$1.45M

John Doe was a highly skilled independent contractor working on a one-of-a-kind industrial machine that was being built by a Fortune 500 company for a foreign university's research department.  During the testing phase, John Doe received a devasting electrical shock that almost killed him.  During a very difficult discovery process we determined that the machine had not been properly grounded per company protocol.

This case settled for $1.45 Million in cash.
