hip injuries

Hip injuries are less common amongst personal injury auto accidents, and include:

  • Aggravation of Pre-Existing Arthritic Condition.

We recovered $175,000 for Al who was sitting in a parked car when a run-away tow truck ran into him.  At the time of the accident Albert had arthritis of the hip that was not symptomatic.  Following the accident, his arthritic hip became symptomatic avascular, which required a total hip replacement. 

KNEE / LEG injuries

foot / ankle injuries

Ankle injuries run the gamut from minor sprains to serious fractures that require multiple surgeries.


We recovered $1.25 Million Dollars for Mr. Cruz who was in a motorcycle accident and suffered a Type III open fracture of his right ankle with a partial traumatic amputation, as well as dislocating his right ankle and fracturing his right leg.

eye / vision injuries

Our law firm has handled numerous eye and vision cases, some of which are very rare and medically complicated.  Eye injuries include:

We recovered $400,000 for Jane Doe in a case where she developed Acute Macular Retinopathy in her right eye after an auto accident.  AMR is a condition characterized by a small blind spot in your field of vision.  AMR is an extremely rare condition affecting less than 1 person out of 1 million. The cause of AMR is not well understood and this case involved 4 eye experts. 

mental and emotional

In every personal injury claim, you are entitled to recover for the emotional distress, and pain and suffering that results from your physical injury. 


Sometimes the emotional distress is so great it becomes Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD.


In certain cases, you can claim emotional damages even though you weren't physically injured.
